Mr. Girish Vaze was in charge of the entire Aroma Ingredients Division at S.H. Kelkar and Company for almost a decade. In 2010, he started his own venture in Aroma Chemicals and Industrial Fragrances, he brings with him immense operational experience and perfumery knowledge. This has created powerful synergies leading to the creation of path-breaking products and technologies.

Mr. Gurudev Hattali holds more than 15 years of experience in Production, R&D, Pilot Plant Projects, Factory Operations etc. He has deep knowledge of various complex chemical processes including Epoxidation, Hydrogenation, Friedel-Crafts reactions and Grignard reactions. He has previously worked with the Birla Group, the Ciba-Geigy Group and the Kelkar Group.
